Dear Sir or Madam,

I write to provide updated payment authorization (increased amount and new credit card number), verify contact information and request status for my July 11, 2016 FOIA request, Hinsdale-45289.

The original credit card number I sent had to be closed by the issuing bank for security reasons (lost card). The new credit card number is [redacted] with Expiration of [redacted]. I would also like to increase the amount you may charge from $100.00 to $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollars). If the cost will be higher than $200.00 you may phone or Email me to confirm a higher amount.

Your July 28, 2016 letter (copy enclosed) from Government Information Specialist Timothy Redmond contained incorrect contact information for me: a ".ORG" Email that is not mine, as well as a street address in Madison, AL, where I do not and have never lived. Please find above correct contact information, which has not changed and has been the same on all correspondence I have sent from the beginning.

Finally, if you would please update me as to the status of my request at your convenience it would be appreciated.

Thank you for your time and attention.
